When will my order ship?
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.99 per order and free on orders over $35.00.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or enter your order number on the Track order page.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@hikaza.com with your order number to start a return.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards, plus PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card number.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Only customers who bought an item can review it, and we never edit or remove honest reviews.
